And my superpower is delivering results through people and systems. I am a B2B SaaS entrepreneur, having co-founded venture-backed startups where I got to flex my superpower by leading the Biz Ops, Customer Success and People & Culture functions. While at my most recent company, one of my biggest accomplishments has been building a revenue-driving Customer Success function from scratch, working our way up to >100% NRR serving global brands like Uniqlo, Lenzing & Lidl. In 2016, I was the youngest female tech entrepreneur on the Asia Forbes 30 Under 30 Retail & eCommerce list. I am currently on a career sabbatical exploring other disciplines, travelling and dabbling in angel investments in the pets, climate, health and education space.
